Skin Gym and PaintLab are category-leading beauty brands distributed nationally at major retailers including Nordstrom, Walmart, Target and Ulta. We are focused on accelerating direct-to-consumer growth and building a best-in-class performance engine across channels. We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale revenue-driving marketing efforts across DTC, Amazon, and retail media. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role for someone who wants real ownership and measurable impact. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth across: DTC Paid Media: Own Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging acquisition channels Manage budgets and optimize for scale + efficiency Develop structured creative testing roadmaps Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, and AOV Identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth Lifecycle Performance: Oversee performance of email/SMS marketing Partner with internal email team and consultants Align acquisition messaging with retention strategy Improve LTV and blended MER (Note: You won’t build emails, but you will own performance outcomes.) Amazon Advertising: Own Amazon PPC strategy and optimization Improve ACOS and TACOS Identify and scale hero SKUs Align ad strategy with ranking and inventory goals Retail Media: Optimize spend for sell‑through and profitability Measure incremental lift and return What We Are Looking For: 4–7+ years of performance marketing experience in a CPG company preferably beauty or fashion Strong hands‑on Meta + Google Ads experience Experience managing Amazon PPC Experience with retail media platforms preferred Proven track record scaling DTC brands Highly analytical with strong commercial judgment Comfortable managing six‑figure monthly ad budgets Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience is a plus About You: You are: Data‑obsessed but creatively aware Not afraid to scale aggressively when performance supports it Able to turn performance data into clear action plans Excited to build something, not just manage it #J-18808-Ljbffr
