Occasional travel required. Summary Responsible for various activities of recruiting, developing, and maintaining systems and resources required to attract qualified Nursing candidates. The recruiter must be able to work independently and perform all recruitment functions including but not limited to: screening applications, interviewing, salary negotiations, extending offers and orientation scheduling.
