Role Overview

Apply clinical and academic psychology expertise to improve next-generation AI systems through culturally informed, bilingual evaluation and training materials. This remote contract role focuses on Marathi and English psychological content, assessments, and case-based analysis. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing professional feedback and insights.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Marathi and English for model training and data enrichment.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and consistency with psychological best practices.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Marathi and English while preserving linguistic and cultural meaning.
• Document evaluation methods and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions for diverse user needs.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology with experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native Marathi and English fluency, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability, ethical decision-making, and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating nuanced psychological concepts between Marathi and English.
• Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
• Adaptability when working in multicultural contexts.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $200 per hour.
